Open source. Hosted by us, or by you.
The invoicing app that keeps up with you.
Quotes, invoices, payments and e-invoicing to the tax office, in one open-source app. Host it yourself today, or join the waiting list for our cloud, which opens in November 2026.

Most tools hardcode one country. Invoicerr reads the rules from data.
Pick where your company bills from. The identifiers, the VAT rates, the e-invoice format and the way it reaches the tax office all follow, each one tied to the legal text it comes from.

From first quote to money in the bank.
One document engine runs quotes, invoices, credit notes, purchase orders and expenses. Nothing gets retyped between them.
1 / 4
Quote it
Send a quote your client signs online with a one-time code. Ask for a deposit or split it into instalments.

2 / 4
Invoice it
Turn the signed quote into an invoice in one click. Lines come from your catalogue, VAT rates from your country.

3 / 4
Get paid
Import a bank statement. Invoicerr matches each line by reference and amount, then records the payment for you.

4 / 4
Keep the record
Every sent invoice lands in a hashed legal archive, kept for exactly as long as your country asks.

The work around the invoice, handled too.
Hours turn into invoice lines
Track time per project, billable or not. When the month ends, the unbilled hours become an invoice in one step. Try it.
Unbilled time, this month
It clears the tax office
Where a country runs a national platform, Invoicerr sends the invoice through it and tracks the answer.
Clients get their own portal
Their documents, their balance, PDFs, online payment and quote decisions. No more statement requests by e-mail.

Supplier invoices, read for you
Drop a received invoice. Self-hosted OCR reads it into an editable proposal that you approve or reject.

Invoicerr started as a self-hosted project and still is one. Run it with Docker on your own machine, free, forever. Or let us run it for you and skip the upkeep.

- The self-hosted app is the whole app. Billing code stays switched off.
Pay for the cloud. Or pay nothing.
Cloud pricing is per company and gets cheaper with every seat. Self-hosting is free, with nothing held back.

Questions, answered.
Yes. It is the same app with every feature and no seat limit, released under the AGPL-3.0 license — which also covers running it as a paid service for other people, as long as you offer your own users the corresponding source.
The cloud opens in November 2026, and the trial opens with it. Everything except sending documents: for 14 days you will be able to set up your company, import clients, build quotes and invoices and invite your team. Sending unlocks when you subscribe.
You pay per company. The first seat is $15 a month, seats 2 to 4 are $4 each, and every seat after that is $3. Paying yearly costs ten months instead of twelve.
The company becomes read-only for 14 days. After that, the owner receives a zip with a PDF and a JSON export of every document before anything is deleted.
Germany, France, Italy, Poland and Portugal ship with their rules filled in: identifiers, VAT rates, e-invoice formats, transmission channels and archive retention. The country support matrix shows exactly what each one covers.
Docker, PostgreSQL and Redis — the app won't boot without all three. The compose file in the install guide starts Postgres alongside it; add a Redis service and point REDIS_URL at it. For larger setups there is a Helm chart.
